Through consistent, termly sessions, each year group can experience the joys of Forest School, ensuring that every child can engage in fun, effective learning throughout the academic year
Session Details
- Termly Commitment: To maximize impact, we recommend scheduling sessions on a termly basis. This allows for ongoing development and ensures that each child has the opportunity to participate.
- Flexible Booking: You can choose how many days a week you would like to book sessions, tailored to the needs of your students. Sessions typically run from after morning registration until home time, but we also offer the option of half-day sessions to accommodate different schedules.
- Preparation for Adventure: To prepare for these outdoor explorations, participants should wear appropriate clothing and be ready for a fun learning experience. Teaching staff and assistants will accompany the group as they walk to the site, fostering friendship and team spirit.
- Comprehensive Support: To ensure a smooth integration of Forest School into your curriculum, we will provide:
- Informative letter template for parents/guardians to keep them updated and engaged.
- A detailed handbook outlining the program.
- Risk assessments for the site and activities, ensuring safety at every step.
- All necessary policies and procedures, meticulously put in place for a successful experience.
